The process begins with a visit to our kitchen showrooms in Thame, Oxfordshire, or a chat on the phone about your project. We then arrange a meeting in your home to discuss your needs in more detail. When you visit our showroom you will see samples of doors, clever storage solutions  and worktops to get your creative juices flowing. We understand that a new kitchen is a big investment and it is important to us that we get it right, so we listen carefully to what you feel is important. We discuss your budget so that there are no unwelcome surprises when you get your quote!

Next, we translate our discussions into an initial plan and estimate using our state-of-the-art design software. We then present our design and estimate to you at our showroom, to ensure you are happy with the details. The initial design and estimate is a starting point, we are happy to revise and refine until you are satisfied with both the design and the cost estimate.

 

theprocess_3The site survey visit
When you are ready to proceed, we arrange a site survey visit. Our plumber, electrician, plasterer and other members of our team involved in your project will meet and review the details of the job. This allows us to negotiate and schedule the work and provide you with a formal quotation and timeline. At this visit we confirm all of the details of your order with you. Once you are happy with all of the details of the work to be carried out, we collect a 40% deposit from you so we can  get to work on your project.

On the scheduled date, our team removes your old kitchen and carries out any preliminary work needed. We require a further 50% of the total cost on delivery of the new kitchen. We do our best to install your kitchen in as quickly as possible to keep the disruption to an absolute minimum. We always endeavour that you have access to food preparation facilities during the fix, and we always work as neatly as possible.

On completion of the work, when you are completely satisfied with the work we have carried out, we request the last 10% of the kitchen price. As the majority of our work comes from word-of-mouth, we will ask you to pass our card on to anyone who you think would benefit from our services.
