From Thomas’s first visit to discuss our needs, we felt totally confident that he was the person we could trust to provide the new kitchen we really wanted and he didn’t disappoint throughout the whole process. He listened to us and made meticulous notes, always responding to our questions and ideas and sometimes suggesting changes that would make the kitchen even better. This was an ongoing process in which we felt completely included right up until completion.
